IFCC Restructure

STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN THE IFCC

INTRODUCTION

The IFCC as an organisation is in the process of restructure. This transition is taking place over a two year period that commenced at the beginning of 2011, leading up until the end of 2012. The existing structure of IFCC Churches and Pastors relating to one another regionally is being phased out and the new structure is being phased in.  Churches and Pastors will now relate to Group Leaders and Groups within the IFCC, which will bring about stronger relationships and a strong united voice.  To date approximately 50% of IFCC Members have nominated which Group they will relate to, with the other 50% still in the process of nominating.

The IFCC Indaba Working Document No’s 1 - 4 cover the structural changes in detail.  The new organisational structure is represented in the Organogram and the contact details for each Group are found in the Group Contact Information document.
