Isaiah 61: 1-2 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me because the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; He has sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of the LORD’S favour, (Isaiah 61:4) They shall build up the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.
The LEADERSHIP of the IFCC consists of an Executive Board that includes the General Secretary and Pastors of Pastors with co-opted additional members, as the Executive deems fit. The National Leadership consists of the Executive Board Members and the National and Regional Leadership” The IFCC Head Office assists the Executive and the Regional Co-Ordinators to work out the principles of the “Federation” and the “General Secretary” of the IFCC executes and implements decisions made by the Executive and National Leadership.
